It looked like it worked initially; I was connected to the internet and was able to get my Discord to update, but my internet dropped and then it crashed again. The Discord startup was automatic after enabling all the startup options in the clean boot instructions.
 
Can you uninstall Discord to test, run the internet flush after uninstall check connection
 
This time I was able to connect and got a YouTube video started to verify if it worked. After maybe a minute or two, the PC froze and then blue screened.
 
Ok, are you still under a clean boot? If not make sure you are. Also upload fresh dump files. I think at this point it might just be best to get a new Wifi dongle and test, are you able to connect via your phones hotspot to the wifi ? Can you connect an ethernet cord?
 
Still getting blue screened after the clean boot. My hotspot isn't working because the second any wifi networks show up, a blue screen. An ethernet cable won't work cause my router is in another room, though it is in the adjacent room so I may just drill a hole through the wall.

I'll buy another dongle in the meantime and see if that fixes things. Will post back once it's confirmed whether my current dongle is the issue or not. Is there anything specific I should be looking for or just make sure it can handle the amount of speed my router puts out?
 
When you go shopping for one let them know your setup and the issue you are having. BestBuy or somewhere where someone will know something, I would not do walmart...

I am kinda curious if there are any more drivers still on your machine associated with those VPN's .
Here is a little tool I have been working on.
It will search for drivers in common locations, and add their filepaths to a log on the desktop.
Download the attached program driver parse tool.
Unzip to your desktop.
Right Click run as admin.
Drag and drop the Driverlist,txt onto the small rectangular window in the tool.
Click Process files.
A new file named drivers.txt will appear on the desktop.
Attach it here.

I got a new wifi dongle and it worked fine immediately. Again, things may get messed up later on as it did with the previous dongle, but I will post in case that happens. Would you like me to still try this last step?
 
Nevermind, hate to jump the gun Early but I definitely did. Just got yet another blue screen. I'll try that latest step you posted.
 
Ok, lets see the log. If you are unable to drag and drop just post the initial log Driverlist.txt.
 
Non MS Drivers installed. In Orange are your phone drivers you mentioned earlier.
Green your old Wifi Dongle
Yellow is VPN software.

You're meaning the Flush.bat file, correct?

Download this one.
Right Click Run as admin.
Click get Drivers list.

Also in the zip file I am uploading, PCHF Log tool.
Right click run as admin.
Click Gather logs.
A new file named PCHF.txt will be on the desktop.
Attach that here, the tool will automatically zip up your dump files onto the desktop as well.
