Hi everyone!
I was trying to reset my laptop (with the reset tool in the windows 10 update settings), but after I did so, I couldn't get past the welcome screen saying that it couldn't connect to the server. I tried to follow some youtube tutorials, but to no avail. While doing so, I tried booting my computer on safe mode, but all I get when I do that is a white screen. I tried opening the task manager when in that white screen, through which I checked if my Graphic Card driver was up to date and it was. I am really out of options. Can anyone help?
PS: I reset my computer twice to see if that would change anything, and NB I reset it to reinstall windows from the version I have on my laptop.

Hello Elyes,

What is the brand and model name or number of the computer.

Why were you trying to reset Windows as in were you already having problems.

Do you have Windows 10 media should you need to do a clean install.

Being that the OP has threads going on various sites and has revisited the forum but chose not to reply this thread will be closed.
