  • Hello everyone We want to personally apologize to everyone for the downtime that we've experienced. We are working to get everything back up as quickly as possible. Due to the issues we've had, your password will need to be reset. Please click the button that says "Forgot Your Password" and change it. We are working to have things back to normal. Emails are fixed and should now send properly. Thank you all for your patience. Thanks, PCHF Management

Depends what the back up stuff is, if personal data like pictures, videos and music files then yes but Windows should always be on it`s own partition away from personal data so as to avoid corruption, it not only protects Windows but also makes it easier to back up and/or reinstall.

Welp it did not look like it worked, i guess last thing to try is a new battery.
Thank you for your time and help.

I wish i had some time to get it fixed but my bike tire broke earlier this week so im looking into getting that fixed untill i get that fixed im gonna be just having my pc plugged in while using it. i will update you when i get the battery

no worries.
just means you have to stay near a power source for the time being. :)

also, on top of what Phillpower2 has already said, when getting a new battery, also check its manufactured date.
a new battery, still in its packaging, never been used but was made 2 years ago will be crap.
the lithium in them starts to oxidise as soon as they are put together and that's what makes them not hold charge for as long as they used to when freshly minted.

I'll close this for now as the new unit could take a while.
private message any of the Staff members and we can reopen this thread - or you can start a new one.
