I assume you have Google'd the crap out of it and came up empty.
Do you need to repair the board or something?
Not a diagram i would have thought would be on the public domain!

I've looked everywhere and I can't find anything, I wanted to see what that component was so I could replace it.

if you are referring to that copper coloured round thing, not only do I have no idea, but it doesn't even look like it is soldered in, so how would one remove it, unless the backside of the board gives clues.

what's wrong with that circuitry (the photo is too blurry to tell)?
and what makes you think that portion of the board is at fault?

I'm recovering the graphics card, I bought it for parts because it had a broken track, I've soldered everything, but now I'm in this part to be able to test

yes, this photo is of another 1650 graphics card, but this is the component I'm missing

if I read it right, the chip is labelled 4T08?
so somehow, somewhere, you need to chase down that unit.
and d a m n - good luck with that.

if it's a common simple chip that is just making AND, OR, NAND, NOR sort of logic decisions you may have more luck.
but if it's a proprietary chip make exclusively for graphics cards, or just Nvidia, then you are probably buggered six ways to Sunday.

After many hours of research, I found 3 compatible IC's. close to the first tests :) I won't give up on the final part
