All my apps reset files unaffected worried about virus.

I come back to my computer and all my apps have reset along with my desktop background. I'm worried about putting passwords back into my computer as I may be hacked. I've scanned my computer with malware bytes and have 0 threats please help. This may be nothing to worry about but it's strange. My files are unaffected .
 
Any update for us paralax? This thread will be closed if not replied to within 48hrs.
