    Why does MC run at 40 fps at 16 render distance but when I play terraria, i can't get over 10 fps

    I'm struggling to play terraria faster than 6-10 fps. However, I can play Minecraft with moderate settings at 45fps. Does anyone know why? my graphics card is a Gigabyte ATI Radeon HD 4350

    Playing Videos on PC

    So I've had this problem for a while now but my laptop is broken so now I really need this fixed. Anytime I try to play videos through either the windows 10 film and video player thing or Netflix, maybe more but as far as I know its just hose two, the fps is incredibly low around 1 or 2 frames...
