    Computer turns on wont display on monitor

    I've had ky computer for a few months now. It's not super old. I'm not really knowledgeable on pcs but I'm trying to learn.     Pc wont boot into anything after i enabled XMP in bios

    So I was trying to turn on XMP in my bios when I got stuck in a constant loop of "Your Pc/Device Needs to be repaired". I know the issue is the XMP but I can't access the bios to turn it off, whenever I try I just get a black screen. is there any way i could fix this?
