    Help!!

I just built a new pc but when I start up a game I get an error saying that it failed to create a graphics device. I am using a Radeon 5700xt if that has something to do with it. The box for the graphics card says it needs a minimum Power Supply of 600, is that causing issues?

My GPU is always on 0% in the task manager, even while playing games. I have a AMD Radeon HD 8490 in a Dell Optiplex 9020 SFF. Games don't play very well and I'm not sure if it is because it is not being utilised or if I just need to get a better GPU. I want to upgrade to a GTX 1050 Ti Low...

Solved Does Overclocking require a Overclocking program or BIOs settings to run?

I'm asking this because I'm getting a 1050Ti Overclocked, and I don't know if it goes to Overclocking automatically or with manual input. So, if I get this out of the box and set it up, can I expect it to run normally with no overclocking?
