To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

It's not just about having the required watts, the amount of amps on the +12V rail, the age of the PSU and the efficiency rating are all equally important.

What you describe can be caused by a weak PSU and the beeps a result of a problem with the power good signal between the PSU and the MB.

What is the exact model name or number of the PSU and how old is it.

Observations from your Speccy report;

You need to update to the latest BIOS, one of the previous version has a Windows 11 fix for the TPM ( trusted platform module ) that Windows 11 requires but rather than upgrade just to that version you may as well go for the latest rather than perhaps having to upgrade again.

When you installed Windows 11 you did not immediately afterwards install the system drivers.

The RAM is not appropriate for your CPU, AMD state here up to 2933MHz and if you have XMP or DOCP enabled the RAM will get auto OCd past what the CPU can handle and the PC will become unstable.

Ryzen CPUs are also notorious for not liking slow RAM and you presently only having the RAM running at 2666MHz will not get you the best performance from the CPU.

You have three monitors hooked up to an old GPU and a potentially weak PSU.

If you had the correct RAM you could just enable XMP and the BIOS would auto OC the RAM to 2933MHz

The PSU is so poor that when tested it rated as – Tier F • Replace immediately

To reduce the load on the GPU and PSU you should stick to having only one screen connected until you have an appropriate PSU.

Now that the BIOS has been updated, shutdown and disconnect two screens then restart to see if the beeps are gone.
