I recently upgraded to a new pc with windows 11 with a ryzen 7 7800x3d and a 4070ti. From the first day i streamed on it it seems to randomly crackle and distort my sound for about 30seconds-1 minute every 2 or so hours (worth noting that this has now gone down to once every 20 minutes). Its very random but extremely annoying. Same happens when i stream or screenshare on discord. I tried changing power settings for PCIE but that did nothing.

I tried reinstalling most audio drivers and changing the nvidia audio driver but it dosent seem to help much at all. Worth noting that this only happens to the system audio and NOT microphone output at all

Some people have mentioned its a common issue on AMD chipsets with windows 11 but i was not able to verify if those people had the same problem or a simliar issue

here is an example of said audio issue, it rises slowly over time:

Are you using a WiFi or Ethernet connection to connect to the internet when streaming.
Hello! I am currently using wifi as i have done for the past years and never had an issue with it. I double checked and both my older pcs have audio that is completly fine with a average of 200mb/s download and 100mb/s upload

The crackling could be something interfering with the computers wireless device signal, appreciate that it may be difficult but trying an Ethernet connection is the only way to rule the interference possibility in or out as the cause.

Tried a lan cable and the same thing unfortunately continues, i wanna believe its something with a driver that is wrong or at least there most be some way of fixing this
