I don't know how to explain it properly. Sometimes my new laptop (half year old) stops working for no reason. All videos and music stop playing, fans stop working, I can still minimaze and open some windows but gradually all that functionality also goes away. I have to reboot it every time. I did sfc /csannow and this problem happened again after an hour. I'm on Windows 11. I have no idea what causes this. Sometimes I have days without a single lag, some days it happens 3-4 times.

try and get a list of what you were doing at the time the laptop goes pear-shaped.
the more info you can give the mob you'll take it to, the better chance you'll have of them being able to replicate the issue, and not simply say "yeah, we turned it on, ran some stuff, and it all looks good".

I know it may be impossible but if you can make the laptop do the problem, and they can repeat that, then they will have a much better chance of fixing it.

and if they don't come to the party, you can always go above them and get the manufacturer involved.
