Hello!
The printer is a ' Samsung M2070 series'. I had a software to control it 'Samsung Easy printer Manager' and had no problems with it. But since i have built a new PC, i had to redownload these, using the same installer.
When i downloaded it's icon changed, and the whole software chnaged a bit, and it doesn't do anything when i press 'Scan'. Basically it got a Downgrading update.

I was thinking about uninstalling and reinstalling, i couldn't even do that, becasue it doesn't let me delete it. (using uninstaller program, settings app, and the 'uninst' file that are the program's folder didn't work.)

Any tips?

Try using Revo Uninstaller free to remove the software. If it’s a Windows app then those options are at the top under Apps.
If this doesn’t work then the program may not have installed correctly.

Revo doesn't shows it, What now.

When i click 'open the folder containing the file' the name of this file is: EPM2DotNetHandler

Hi, that software is paid, and i tried uninstaling it in my other PC (i used the same installer) and the 'uninst' fiile worked here. Why is that?

Most likely the installation is corrupt so cannot find/use the uninstall option.
The paid version (there’s a full trial I believe) of Revo has the Hunter option where placing the crosshairs over a file will uninstall it. If normal uninstall fails & Revo doesn’t find the Uninstaller then Hunter is the last option, you’d place the cursor/crosshairs over a file in the easy printer manager folder & it should uninstall it.
Otherwise try reinstalling the software again.
