Let us know what you find out.

When you get it back and fixed will strongly suggest that you make ither an image or complete backup of the system. That way if the system ever goes south again you have a way to recover they system back to a working state. Which we can definitely assist you in doing.

I loaned a laptop computer to a friend and before I loaned it, I made an image.
When I got it back, I restored the image and didn't have a problem.

I'm sorry it took me so long to get back to you.the computer was full of hair and burnt the HD out. So I bought a new HD and reinstalled my windows. All is good now. Thank you everyone for their help
