Reboot loop help [Nothing working]

Hello, whoever is reading this!

Some time yesterday, my computer must have hit a bug because it went black and is stuck in a reboot cycle. I have tried using all the general fixes, but it always runs into a problem. So, I checked youtube, and have resorted to using the cmd to fix, but reseting didnt work, because out of some insane conicidence (or virus) I have exactly 0 bytes to back up windows to. Of course I have no idea what to do, even as someone who adores computers, so could any of you nerds on this site help? Thanks, -A

I think you will have to reinstall windows.
Do you have any data you need to get off this computer. If yes then make a ubuntu bootable usb or dvd
https://ubuntu.com/tutorials/create-a-usb-stick-on-windows#1-overview NO install needed
Copy your data to an external drive or another computer/nas.

Then download the windows 10 tool

and use that to reinstall windows.

*** NB A reinstall will delete all data from the drive***
