Hi, so my pc when i hit it by accident, it frezees and crashes, and when i restart it, it lights up for seconds then restarts by itself and goes in a loop, i fixed the problem by replacing the psu with 750w one, first it was 550w, ran great for a while, then suddenly it would crash, i will be playing something, it freezes, goes black then no video input, although the lights of the gpu pc fans and the ram lights are still on, but no video input, then i have to restart it, and it works great, does anyone know what is the problem with it?
My specs are
Motherboard : msi z390 a pro
Cpu: i5 9600k 3.7 ghz
Gpu: msi gtx 1660 super x gaming 6gb ddr5
Ram: two 8 gb sticks 3200mh g.skill trident z
Psu: idk what is it a techention replaced it but it is 750w

Hello

It would help if we had the complete psu spec's.. You can take the side panel off and read the sticker on the side of the psu.

Psu: idk what is it a techention replaced it but it is 750w

The PC would be fine with a good brand 500W Gold efficiency rated PSU and the fact that a 550W PSU has been replaced with an unknown 750W suggests that neither PSU was/is of the quality required to run this PC in a stable manner.

There is another glaring problem but for now we will to see if the PSU information is forthcoming.
