Problem with speed. Ram? Motherboard?

read error rate and seek error rate doesn't look good to me.

these values are determined by the drive manufacture and can be non critical initially.
they become much more critical if the value changes over time, but SMART doesn't record when the first change occurred and doesn't log those changes.

I see. I’ll back up files more frequently now.
I’ll get a new HDD sooner or later.
