when I turn on my pc the graphics card is on for 5 seconds and after that it turns off but everything else on my pc doesn't turn off and I've tried 2 power supplies and I get no dispaly on the screen when I turn on the pc

Power off
remove power cord
touch some metal on the case to earth yourself.
Remove the GPU - should have a release catch on the MB
connect monitor to onboard graphics
Test
