I got this problem when I try to run a game

Open the Start Menu.
Navigate to Settings ⚙.
Select Apps.
Uninstall Microsoft Visual C++
Reboot the computer.
Download the latest version from Here.
Try your game after installing.
 
Of you install the x86 version and still have issues, please run these tools so we can see what is happening with your machine .

Please download MiniToolBox and save it to your desktop.
Run the program by right clicking on it and selecting Run as administrator.
When the program opens check mark Select All Then hit GO
Please post the log in your next reply. Attach or copy and paste, whatever is easier for you.

  • Please go here and download Speccy.
  • Install and run the program.
  • Upon Completion:
  • Hit File
  • Publish Snap Shot
  • A link will appear, post that link.

Uninstall the X86 version of C++ and install the X64 Click Here to Download it.

Seems like you missed the minitoolbox log.

What game or games are we talking here, chances are that your computer may not meet the minimum hardware requirements, 70% of your RAM is getting used up when the computer is not even under any load.

As was suspected your computer does not meet the games minimum hardware requirements;

Check the system requirements here and you will see that you need a dedicated GPU that has a minimum of 4GB of VRAM.

System Requirements
Minimum:
OS: Windows 10 64-bit
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4430K CPU @ 3.00GHz (4 CPUs)
Memory: 8 GB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 (3GB)/AMD Radeon R9 290x (4GB)

dang but still i cant download microsoft visual c++ back
 
What you need is available via a Windows update so try checking for updates to see if it gets reinstalled for you.

Your problem is here.
Your age is 13?
You need to have your parents, install C++ newer version for you,.
Seems there is an error with that.
