Stormforce Onyx Intel Core I5-9400F, 16GB RAM, 480GB SSD, NVIDIA 6GB Dedicated Graphics GTX 1660 Super, Gaming PC - Black
I bought this PC, opened it up and removed the safety packaging and took a look at my wiring, I noticed 2 cables were not plugged in anywhere and just sat there, I believe one of the cable is a 4 pin connecter but not sure on the other cable. My PC performs fine and have no issues CPU or GPU or any other problems

I have contacted support and its been a day and they haven't replied yet (even though they said to contact if any problems). I'm concerned about a cable just sitting there. I have tried to attach the image of the cable in my case to this thread but it's too large

Sounds to me like someone has not done their job properly, not all cables get used in any build and the reason being is that computer components are interchangeable and not specifically made to go with only the one other component as in MB - A has to go in Case - F for example, chances are that the two cables should have been zip tied out of the way somewhere but got overlooked.

Without being able to see the two particular cables it is impossible to even hazard a guess as to what they are tbh, take a look at the various types of connector here to see if you can identify them.
