Hi. Would really love some help. I built my PC in 2019. I have an Aorus B450M, Ryzen 5 3600, RTX 4060, evga 750 watt psu. So I bought Ryzen 9 5900 & I installed it not realizing I had to update my bios. I went to the motherboard site and updated bios to most recent version (F66) upon restart my PC gets frozen on motherboard logo screen with button options on the bottom. Neither buttons work. I just need to get into BIOS. I have an older version on a USB drive I can update it to. Also my motherboard is showing a VGA light but my gpu is brand new. I was playing just fine until I did a BIOS update. I also realized after checking mobo website, in order for it to be compatible with Ryzen 3rd gen, I was supposed to do multiple bios updates in a particular order. Some things I’ve tried:
-Reset CMOS both taking battery out & jumper method
-unplug SSD & HDD (also separately too) & tried booting
-booted with old GPU
-booted with different display port & hdmi ports
-reseated GPU
-reseated RAM
-reseated cpu (Ryzen 5) with new thermal paste
-installed new Ryzen 9 to see if it would work (got a cpu light)
-spammed delete key, f12, space bar upon booting
-booted with USBs unplugged
I have tried so many methods I might have even forgot some but All of these have not worked. Really close to buying a new motherboard but just trying to clear all my options here before investing in a new mobo. Any help is genuinely appreciated. I’m not made of money here so really trying not to buy a new mobo if I don’t have to. THANKS!

The MB has dual BIOS so unless you have bricked the BIOS twice you should still have the back up, long shot but see if you are able to borrow a PS/2 keyboard to see if that allows you to select the option on the BIOS screen, alternatively a USB/PS/2 adaptor will do.

Try the keyboard in other USB ports, try an alternative USB keyboard etc.
