Had the same thing happen to me once and it turned out to the motherboard.
Fans and the power light came on, yet nothing happened.

You can assemble the system outside of the case and see if the same results happen.

Might also try reseating data and power cables see if to make sure that they are correctly connected.

Did you try they PSU from that system and see if it preformed the same?

Test the RAM stick(s) one at a time see if that makes a difference.

Sorry but you have post on a tech forum asking for help but have provided zero information about your computer or it`s hardware, this makes it impossible for anyone to even hazard a guess as to what is going on.

Is the computer a custom build or brand name such as Dell or HP, if a brand name, provide the model name or series number (not serial)
if a custom build post the brand and model name or number for the
CPU
Motherboard
RAM (including the amount) and number of sticks.
Add on video card if one is used.
PSU (power supply unit) providing these details will enable folk to better help you
I did the ram trick, still no life. Although we have slightly different problems, my pc doesn’t turn in at all. Only indication of like is a little green light on the motherboard.

The cpu is an amd with 8 core and 8 threads am3 mount, I can’t find the specific model.

The motherboard is an Asus M5A78L-M/USB3 ll Solid State DDR3/AM3/AM3+ FX 78 Motherboard

The PSU is a LSV Ultra 450W ATX power supply

The GPU is an NVIDIA GeForce GT 1030

The ram are 2 Hyper Blu Kingston ddr3 8GB stick, in total 16 GB

loud continuous beep
Usually means hardware failure.

Could be anything.

Do any of the fans come on when you go to power on the system?

Would strongly suggest that you replace the PSU it is honestly cheap.

Which may have been overworked and taken some components with it.

What were the results after removing the GPU?

You are taking proper precautions while working inside the system?

Honestly think for the sounds the motherboard is gone.

All the fans power up, same result with GPU out. The PSU isn’t the problem as everything has been tested. I have take proper precautions making sure it was all shut down and nothing could short. Also, if I do agree that the motherboard may have gone out too, but it doesn’t explain why it would randomly shut off.
