I will take a look, any improvement after going thru the guide?
 
I can also make a few suggestions on disabling some items from loading on your machine, should increase performance by freeing resources.

Download Autoruns and Autorunsc Unzip it to your desktop and then right click
Capture.PNG
Run as Admin.
After the scan is finished then click on File----Then click----Save
The default name will be autoruns.arn make sure to leave it this way.
Attach the file in your next reply.
If the file is too large, then use catbox.moe or Ufile.io and send the link in your next reply.

Yes, uncheck, also there is a batch file I linked you to.
Copy entire page, open notepad, paste into notepad.
Save to desktop.
Save as one.bat
Right click run as admin.
 
Can you test a few games? I am going to close this thread, since there is no malware on your machine. We can continue in the other one.
 
Download KpRM
Save to Desktop
Check Delete Tools'
Check Delete Restore points.
Create Restore point.
Click delete quarantines.
Then click run.
