I apologize for the no response @furious16. I'm the owner of PCHF so I will assist you :)

Let's start from the beginning shall we?

Please download the Sysnative BSOD Dump + System File Collection App - save to Documents folder.

Run the app - Double-click on the downloaded EXE file
Output = new folder created in Documents + a zipped version -- SysnativeFileCollectionApp folder + SysnativeFileCollectionApp.zip.

Please note that the app averages ~3 minutes to run on most systems; other systems - it my take as long as 10-15 minutes to run. Please be patient.

Also note: The app auto-zips the SysnativeFileCollectionApp output folder. It is located in your Documents folder.
Windows Explorer should open and highlight the zipped folder

Please attach the SysnativeFileCollectionApp.zip to your post and await further instructions :)

Please download MiniToolBox and save it to your desktop. Run the program by right clicking on it and selecting Run as administrator. When the program opens select the following boxes:

Flush DNS
Report IE Proxy Settings
Reset IE Proxy Settings
Report FF Proxy Settings
Reset FF Proxy Settings
List content of Hosts
List IP Configuration
List Winsock Entries
List last 10 Event Viewer Errors
List Installed Programs
List Devices (Only Problems)
List Users, Partitions and Memory size

Sorry for the delay.

I have all of the requested information posted in Post #35. I have not used the computer since posting that information as it has become borderline unusable anyway, so nothing will have changed.

Right. The same information requested in post 43 is already posted in post 35, because that same information was requested of me in post 32. I did not hear back from anyone after that last request. I've also been mostly unable to use the computer since about that time. Post 35 contains:

Sysnative
Minitoolkit
Chkdsk

If its really necessary, I will go and run the scans again. I have been recovering from surgery for over a week (related to the reason why I disappeared for a while a few months back, unfortunately).
