Latest issues summarization:

BSOD - Has returned in force. I am experiencing 3 - 5 of these per every 30 - 90 minute gaming session. This has been a constant problem that was resolved previously for several months but has inexplicably returned. There have been no new programs installed that would facilitate this issue.

Massive Windows Lag - the computer is now completely incapable of running more than one program at once. It is not limited to Chrome as previously thought. IE, Chrome, and ANY other type of program open at the same time as a game causes crushing lag on the computer. Previously, I could have run a resource intensive game (such as Warcraft) and have Chrome open with a dozen or more tabs open at once. Now, the computer cannot handle more than one program of any type being open simultaneously. Doing so causes massive game lag and application lag. It can take anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes for a webpage to load. This is a brand new problem.

Windows Explorer Failures - another brand new problem. Programs are crashing left and right. Windows is also not responding to Ctrl+alt+delete command to open System Tasks. It takes dozens upon dozens of attempts to call up Task Manager.

This computer has gotten to the point of being completely unusable despite the previously suggested steps. This has become a critical situation.

Attached.

Frustratingly, it seems that the dump files are only saving selectively - I have only 3 logs spaced about a week apart each.

The message I get for each BSOD is "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" which is indicative of a memory issue. Given the fact that the computer cannot handle more than 1 task at a time, this is not surprising.

Can you please remove Norton then run the removal tool, then reboot your machine, And start the machine under aclean boot.
This worked briefly. I was able to run Chrome while having a game open simultaneously. However, within 20 minutes system-wide slowdown began. When trying to close out of Chrome, it took over 10 minutes after clicking the X before the window actually shut, during which time the computer slowed to a crawl.

Ok, lets just try and full remove Norton for the moment, then Please post a fresh hijack this log, we will work from there. Also, while you wait, please run a check disk on the machine,.

Run chkdsk /f /r from elevated command prompt.
