No bios for my new pc

I have finished building my PC, but the problem is that when I turn it on, I can't access the BIOS or anywhere else. I've tried almost every key on the keyboard to open the BIOS, and I've even tried several keyboards. It's always the same thing that appears on my screen: 'no signal.' The monitor is fine; I've tested it on a laptop. The fans are running, the GPU fans are running, the motherboard's white light is on, but nothing happens when I turn on my PC. What can i do?

does the mobo and CPU support onboard graphics?
if so, remove the GPU and connect the screen to the mobo.

let’s get your complete PC specs.
get Speccy; https://www.piriform.com/speccy/builds
in Speccy, click File > Publish Snapshot (hit Yes if prompted to proceed with publish) > Copy to Clipboard > Close.
now you can paste that link into your next post.

Speccy doesn’t show the Power Supply Unit, so list the make/model of the PSU.

Is Speccy safe?

I can't use Speccy or anything else on my pc, i never use it, i just finish the build. However im gonna give you the specs manually.
Cpu : Amd ryzen 5 5500 (does not have a integrated GPU)
Gpu : Radeon rx 7600 qick 308
Motherboard : Msi Pro B550-vc
Ram : Team T-force Vulcan Z 2x8Gb, 288-Pin DDr4 3200
Power Suply : Evga 600w
Storage : TeamGroup 512gb NVMe 1.3 PCle Gen3x4 M.2 2280

can you expand on the make/model of the EVGA power supply?
are the parts all new?
and you got them from a reliable supplier?

have you tried;
  • only having one RAM stick inserted, and try all RAM slots one at a time. if no luck, repeat for the other stick.
  • make sure the GPU has the 8pin power connector from the power supply connected
  • checked the memory is listed in the QVL portion of the mobo manual
  • make sure the screen is connected to the GPU and not the mobo ports
  • have no mouse, keyboard, or even drive connected
at this stage we just want a signal to the monitor.
once we get that, then we can add components.

last resort, reassemble everything, out of the case, onto a piece of cardboard.
again - only connecting the core essential stuff to just get a signal to the screen.
