So a while back i bought a custom built pc from Pc Specialists and now its out of warranty and guarantee
so i upgraded my Pc from windows 10 - Windows 11 then i reset it back to windows 10 as i having issues with bsod and other issues

anyways after i reset my windows back to windows 10 now my pc is having issue when it comes to over heating its even before it starts windows i get error message that my cpu is overheating in bios i ran bios settings and hit it back to reset to default but its still the same.

here is my specs when i bought the pc and have not changed any component

Download and run the free version of speccy.

Once you have ran speccy, follow the instructions to upload a snapshot found here.


To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:
  1. In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.
  2. In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.
  3. Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot dialog box. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

hi unfortunately i can't even switch on the pc without it auto shutting down and when i do start it up again i get CPU over Temperature Error i never encountered it before i was using the pc just fine yesterday :(
 
When was the last time you cleaned the dust from the system.


Was this a fresh install and where did and how was the install media created.
so i upgraded my windows from windows 10 to windows 11 when i got message through windows update but then i reset it back through windows recovery in system settings back to windows 10
 
How did you clean it?

When you look into your PC, is the fan for the radiator spinning?

Can you hear the pump running? (The circular puck looking bit on-top of the processor).

A few clear detailed pictures of the inside of your computer could help us spot anything out of place as well - if you feel comfortable with that.
