I have a USB KVM and it's connected to my personal computer and my work Mac. I can switch between the computers no problem, and everything works on the Mac side. However, anytime I switch from the Mac to my Windows PC I have to turn off and turn back on my mouse otherwise neither of my scroll wheels will work. I have a Logitech MX Master 3S and the KVM is some no name device that handles USB switching.
I've been doing this song and dance for over a year now and I'm just fed up with this. I want to keep a clean desk, but I'm about ready to go back to having 2 mice and 2 keyboards on my desk due to this annoyance. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
