and mfreadwrite.dll missing nothing is working...

I have a windows 10 enterprise n 22h2 and when I'm trying to download Logitech g hub I keep getting mfplat.dll and mfreadwrite.dll I've looked at every trouble shoot and tried such as making sure my graphics card is up to date, a sfc i also ran a dism with no prevail but when i try and download a windows media pack I cant and when I look at all my .dll's I don't see mfreadwrite.dll or mfplat.dll I'm so confused at this point and would like any help​
