Games like squad or fivem gta cause critical error Kernel-power 41 task 63 . I've tried many things like updating drivers or change power plan setting and done over 2 formats. Can you guys give me some hope here? I will try anyhting !

If the computer is a desktop can you post the brand and model name or number of the power supply (PSU).
Download then run Speccy ( free ) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.
To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:
In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.
In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.
Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.
Download then run Speccy ( free ) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

Speccy shows no personal details that can be used against you.

Because you again quoted the whole reply it was detected as Spam and made invisible, copied the PSU into your second reply.
Will take a look at Speccy and get back to but for your information you should have been using a minimum of a Gold efficiency rated PSU for this build.

Uninstall as many unused programs, games, videos and music files as you can and get yourself a means of backing up to, post back when you have between 20 and 25% free storage space on the C: drive/partition and we can go from there.

Sorry but we are dealing with the here and now and not history, the low free storage space is an issue and the solution provided needs to be done.
Good, can you now restart the PC so that you can access the BIOS, enable XMP, save the new settings, exit the BIOS, restart the PC and test by using the computer as you normally would, post back with an update when you are ready.

That is typical of a power issue and this includes a weak PSU that is overheating internally.

Sorry but have to ask, who and why was the above Windows Power Plan set, it is the last thing that you should be doing, Ultra and High Performance are a form of overclocking that causes instability and the setting only intended for computers that have dedicated GPUs soldered into the MB, notebook computers etc.
i ve changed it multiple times just to make sure . Most of the times power plan settings were default
should i risk it and get a better psu ? i think this one fits perfect

Because of the short five year warranty period it is not a brand that I use or suggest to others.
For you to do;
Download MiniToolBox and save the file to the Desktop.
Close the browser and run the tool, check the following options;
List last 10 Event Viewer Errors
List Installed Programs
List Devices (Only Problems)
List Users, Partitions and Memory size
Click on Go.
Post the resulting log in your next reply for us if you will.
Before purchasing any new PSU get your GPU tested either by swapping in a known good Gold efficiency rated 500W or above PSU from a proven brand or ask a locat tech to test the GPU for you, ask about any cost that they may charge first though.
