Hello! None of my games will launch; please help. I am running a two-monitor setup and recently upgraded one of the monitors. After upgrading, I was having some lagging issues with Tarkov. I attempted to change some of the settings to try and fix the problem, and now none of my games will launch. Everything else seems to be working fine with my pc. All my drivers are updated; I have the most recent version of Windows and recently cleaned my PC. I have tried to open games as an administrator, returning to my original monitor setup and changing the settings to how they were before I messed with them.

Try and see if you have a restore point, prior to changing the settings.
Windows Key & R at the same time>>>>>>>>>>> Rstrui.exe hit ok.
If that fails. I'd create a new user account and see how things go from there.
Some information about your machine would certainly help as well.
Speccy Scan.
Please download MiniToolBox and save it to your desktop.
Run the program by right clicking on it and selecting Run as administrator.
When the program opens check mark Select All Then hit GO
Please post the log in your next reply. Attach or copy and paste, whatever is easier for you.

- Install and run the program.
- Upon Completion:
- Hit File
- Publish Snap Shot
- A link will appear, post that link.

I tried to revert to a previous restore point but the window kept crashing after I typed in rstrui.exe. Created a new user and was prompted to completely reinstall the Tarkov launcher due to compromised files. It’s installing right now will update.

the update for the launcher crashed during install and the launcher will not open up again. I have tried to download Speccy but when I open up the install file it also crashes same with Mini tool box.
Might just be best to refresh your PC and keep your files.

OK. Whenever you get done with the refresh, come back here and let us know if there are still issues, seems like everything is crashing on your machine and creating a new profile has not helped at all. IMO it is the best option to reset.
