Freezes and crash with my computer

Hi,
I'm running into some issues with my computer. It completely freezes randomly without any application opened or high temperature, the system just stops working. I've already had many problems before and had to reset the computer twice before of crashes and Windows malfunction, but this time I have no idea of what's happening. The thermal paste is good, I've changed it a month ago, everything seems to work smoothly, the drivers are all up to date, the CPU is functioning, I've done stress tests for all components with OCCT and FurMark for the GPU and tried some commands in the command prompt, like /sfc scannow, DISM and CHKDSK but it stills crashes sometime.
After every crash it does an OS disk scan or a Windows reparation but it's completely useless, and I've already tried to restore the OS to older versions when things seemed to work.

Here are my specs :

CPU
: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40GHz 3.41 GHz
GPU : NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1060 6GB
RAM : 16GB
I'm using Windows 64 bit.

I hope you'll find a solution,
thanks.

You mentioned a reset which isn’t the same as a full clean install. If you used Windows installation media, booted from this, deleted all Windows partitions & allowed the media to create the partitions it requires & install then you’re most likely looking at a hardware problem.
How long after install does the problem return?

What I mean by reset is that we removed all files from the computer and reinstalled a new version of window with a new bootable key, there were no files at all, they were all transfered to another disk with was unplugged. The crashes usally come back every 2 months, it's often a new problem. I haven't experienced any crashes for some time now, everything seems to run fine, although the computer lost some performances. I just keep the tower opened and it seems to work fine.
