I have dell vestro 360 all in one pc and i jave to upgrade the ram and in the pc one 2GB DDR3 2Gx8 1333mhz is already installed and i want to add another Ram

Q1 In market other ram has same specifications but only difference is that on them 2Rx8 is written and on mine 2Gx8 so can i use them together?

Q2 On my ram there are 8 memory chip 4 on each side but one in market it has 8 memory chips all on one side so its okay to use that (all spec are same in both ram)

Q3 should i buy the 4 gb varient bc it is coming at good value or should i stick to the 2gb one ?

you should check the Dell website for your make/model and in the Quality Vendors List (QVL) manual will be what RAM sticks are compatible.

but sadly with RAM, sometimes they work, sometimes they should but don't - only real test is to suck it and see.
