computer runs but monitor is blank

To clarify: You have 3 monitors but one doesn’t work when another is connected? If you connect the two working monitors at the same time do both work fine?
Does it work if you only connect the problem monitor?
Does it work if you only connect the problem monitor?
Which of my questions is correct? I take it the first. If the problem monitor works when connected on its own then I’m out of suggestions.
Then it is strange. Are both PCs running the same Windows version & build?
