Hi whenever I try to play a borderless fullscreen game, I get this weird thing when the game pop into desktop for 1ms and goes back to the game and happens everytime I press click, also the taskbar pops up in game. I recorded windowed because I wanted to show the task manager. The video is in this reddit thread. It's my first time on this forum. I tried reinstalling windows, new ram, new gpu, all kinds of settings, sfc /scannow in cmd and DISM.
