Okay, I will clean my windows tommorow.
I have windows 10 media, driver disk for MB but Im not sure about GPU. I have installed my current GPU drivers from nvidia.com. Should I find driver disk for GPU?
And:
1. Clean windows 10
2. Motherboard drivers
3. Graphic Card drivers
Right?
What about other drivers like netframework, java etc.? When should I install them? After all steps above?
Thanks for reply,
Oliwier.

The steps that you should do;

Remove the GTX 1070 video card.

Clean install Windows 10.

Install the drivers for the MB and staring with the chipset drivers first.

Make sure that Windows 10 and Windows Defender are fully up to date.

Download then run Speccy and post the url for us so that we can see that everything is as it should be.

Hard as it may be, do not install anything other than what has been advised above.

Regarding java, why do you use it and are you aware that it is one one of the most exploited programs that there is, hackers target it on a regular basis so wouldn't get anywhere near my systems.

Okay.
It is RTX 2070, not GTX 1070, but I think it does not matter.
I will do everything tommorow morning.
Also, when I do this ,,speccy" and u check that everything is okay, only then insert video card?
Also after format (2 weeks ago), when I havent had anything installed (apps), everything was okay. I think the issue is because of any app, but I will clean my windows anyways.
Thanks for reply and I will write tommorow with speccy url.

Apologies that was a typo (y)

Yes once we have your Windows installed/updated and your MB drivers installed we need you to try some basic use of the computer, Edge is not my preferred browser but by using it you are reducing the risk of installing something that could start causing you problems.

Once you have done the above and only when you are happy that things are stable I would create a new system restore point, download and save to a folder on the desktop the latest drivers for your RTX 2070, shut down the computer, fit the RTX 2070, reassemble the computer, power up and then install the GPU drivers that you saved to your desktop.

Really Exyztence, your last post could have waited, once more and you are on your own my friend!

Good morning!
I have done all as u said. First of all, I enabled IGD in bios, took out RTX 2070 and reinstalled system. I have installed MB drivers, starting with chipset drivers as u mentioned. I also have created restore point and I have GPU Drivers in folder on desktop ready to install. System is working fine, very fast.
Windows is updated also. I am still without my Graphic Card. I couldnt find 'speccy url' as u said, so I saved it in .txt, .xml, .speccy and zipped it.
I have also question, what about drivers like samsung magician for my ssd? When should I install them? Later with GPU?
Regards,
Oliwier.

Hello Exyztence,

Can you do the below to get us a Speccy url, far safer to use as there is no sensitive information included in the url version.

shut down the computer, fit the RTX 2070, reassemble the computer, power up and then install the GPU drivers that you saved to your desktop.
Do this before you do the Speccy run please.

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

We will come to anything else once we have your GPU in place and the computer running stable.

Hello Exyztence,

Looking good but how is the computer behaving?

We can see Nvidea and Razer drivers having been installed, was it yourself or Windows that installed them.

I haven't installed anything except MB and GPU. (nvidia). Razer installed automatically.
Computer is behaving good, nothing's wrong.
Do you think I can install my apps? I also have made restore point now.
I kinda need both discord and virtual audio cable for my work, is it okay if I install them? Virtual audio cable was out-dated, that might be the reason of crashes maybe?

No problem, the reason that I asked was to bring to your attention how Windows can install drivers without you being aware, this can sometimes cause problems if unstable drivers get installed which happens quite often with GPU drivers, solution, always fully check what updates Windows wants to install.

Looking good but how is the computer behaving?
You missed answering the above for us.

Computer is behaving okay, there aren't any problems, everything works fast and good. I will make one more restore point and install some apps (discord and virtual audio cable also). If something bad will occure, I will bring back the restore point and save minidump file of bsod and post it there.
From now I want to really thank you for your help and I will make updates if everything works fine.
Once more time, thanks! :)

Please stop and follow what I have to suggest, your computer but my time and effort trying to help you get it running spot on.

I will make one more restore point a
Nope, you are going to be creating a lot of these along the way which btw is not out of the ordinary as one should always be created before installing or updating any software.

Next suggestion is to get your preferred Web Browser installed and set as the default so that Edge does not load and slow things down on you.

Once your browser is installed, open a couple of tabs then check your memory usage, browsers can sometimes suffer memory leaks so are best kept an eye on.

If you are happy that the browser is all good, create a new system restore point and then install what you feel is your most important app/program etc, once done, test and make sure that you are happy with things, if yes, repeat the process with your second most preferred, continue these steps until you have everything that you need installed.

The above may appear long winded but after having gone through the problems that you have and my grumpiness the last thing you need is to install something that sets you back to square one, this cannot happen if you install one thing at a time as you will be able to identify any problem software as soon as it is installed, you cant do this if you install more than one thing at a time.

Okay, I will be creating restore point before every app I will install.
I also changed default browser to firefox and I am using right now a lot of tabs (around 15 - youtube/gmail/facebook) and everything works pretty fine. I will be testing it still as long as I can.
If everything will work fine, I will make restore point and start from downloading my most important programs and make restore point every new app.
I am also thinking about changing browser to opera GX. Right now, firefox is taking 3gb ram and from 5% to 15% cpu, I think its kinda much and opera would be better solution?

EDIT:
Here we go again...
I installed one app (teamspeak - something like skype) and wanted to make restore point. While making restore point my pc started lagging and crashed. I also had a lot of tabs opened in firefox in background, they might be the reason? There were about 6 videos started on youtube and few LIVEs.
I restored PC to point before installing teamspeak.
Minidump file below.
Regards,
Oliwier.

Yes, my headphones and microphone. I had some problems with mic as my friends said, I had to unplug it and plug again because it was making strange noise etc. It is usb mic, not xlr

Can you post the details for both then test the computer without them connected to the computer.

Not familiar with teamspeak but have dealt with plenty of issues involving Discord causing users grief.

Microphone: Rode NT-USB
Headphones: Razer Kraken 7.1 v2

Now I have microphone unplugged and I am testing with several tabs opened (around 20, all youtube with videos playing on hd).
(I restarted computer after unplugging mic)
So far, no problems.
I am also on restored point without teamspeak installed.
If everything will be fine, I will install teamspeak and test with microphone unplugged. If everything will be fine, then mic might be the reason?
Regards.

Sounds like a plan but couldn`t help but noticing the following in the recent Speccy report;

Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator
JBL Charge 2+
JBL Charge 2+ Avrcp Transport
JBL Charge 2+ Avrcp Transport
JBL Charge 2+ Stereo
Speakers (JBL Charge 2+ Stereo)
JBL Charge 2+ Hands-Free AG
JBL Charge 2+ Hands-Free AG Audio
Headset Earphone (JBL Charge 2+ Hands-Free AG Audio)
Headset Microphone (JBL Charge 2+ Hands-Free AG Audio)
USB Input Device

Fwiw, Razer software is also a pain in the proverbial and especially Razer Cortex lost count the amount of threads were people have had it installed on the most basic of computer believing that the software will transform their entry level notebook into something like an Alienware, pretty sad really :(
