I have a windows 10 enterprise n 22h2 and when I'm trying to download Logitech g hub I keep getting mfplat.dll and mfreadwrite.dll I've looked at every trouble shoot and tried such as making sure my graphics card is up to date, a sfc i also ran a dism with no prevail but when i try and download a windows media pack I cant and when I look at all my .dll's I don't see mfreadwrite.dll or mfplat.dll I'm so confused at this point and would like any help

Download the everything search engine.
Copy and paste each of the following into the search window.
One at a time and screen shot the result here.

mfplat.dll
mfreadwrite.dll

You can try and run this batch file as well to install.
First: Open Powershell as admin.
Copy and paste this hit enter.
This will allow you to run powershell scripts, the batch file below contains both powershell and batch:

Set-ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted -Scope LocalMachine -Force
Exit powershell.

Then....

Create and run batch file.

Open a notepad and copy the entire content of the code box below.
Do not copy the word code!
Paste the txt into the notepad. Save the file to your desktop as Install.bat
Now you will right click the on Install.bat and run as administrator.

Code:
@echo off

:: Set the download URL and file name
set DOWNLOAD_URL=https://download01.logi.com/web/ftp/pub/techsupport/gaming/lghub_installer.exe
set FILE_NAME=lghub_installer.exe

:: Check if the file already exists
if exist %FILE_NAME% (
    echo %FILE_NAME% already exists. Skipping download.
    goto install
)

:: Download the file using PowerShell
echo Downloading %FILE_NAME%...
powershell -Command "Invoke-WebRequest -Uri '%DOWNLOAD_URL%' -OutFile '%FILE_NAME%'"
if %errorlevel% neq 0 (
    echo Error downloading %FILE_NAME%. Exiting.
    goto end
)

:install
echo Installing LogiHub silently as administrator...
powershell -Command "Start-Process '%FILE_NAME%' -ArgumentList '/S' -Verb RunAs -Wait"

:: Clean up
del /f /q %FILE_NAME%

echo Installation complete!

:end
