    Does the microphone appear under sound settings? Does the microphone work when wired? If it fits into the same connector then ensure it is fully inserted. I take it your PC doesn’t natively have Bluetooth so I wonder if it is the case that the Bluetooth USB needs to be audio capable or something.

    Please try these cmds: Right click on start & choose powershell/terminal with admin & type/copy & paste these cmds one at a time then click Enter: SFC /SCANNOW DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth SFC /SCANNOW Yes the Sfc cmd is run twice.

    Is the mouse wired or wireless? Have you checked for any updated drivers to the USB ports? Did you insert the mouse into the same ports as it was before?

    Most likely the key is on the original owner’s Microsoft account. If they don’t have it or refuse to give it to you then the only option is to clean install Windows.

    There should be an option on the sign in screen to change to a password - underneath the PIN/password box there should be a link to make the options show. Also once signed in you should be able to disable the PIN by deleting this sign in option. You’d still need to confirm via PIN when changing...

    Solved Question about Microsoft Word.

    I believe the recent is as it says - a list of recently opened files, as other files are opened then the older files should disappear. It’s a placeholder/shortcut to the original files & isn’t saving them in a different place.
