    Thank you for all your help. I ordered a new computer with a solid state drive, as you recommended in an earlier post. My computer is 4 years old and it is time for an upgrade.

    Hello, I changed my account to have administrator privileges and deleted the two accounts I am not using. Ran FRST64 and attached the log.

    The FRST64.exe app did not reboot the computer. However, it produced a log, which is attached. The FMRS.exe app ending up freezing on a black screen for approximately 40 minutes. I thought it best to let you know before continuing.
