    I just gave it to my near by service centre, but they said this cannot be the problem and said the motherboard is faulty. And they returned to me. Can you confirm that the resistor is the problem. Then ill give to some other highly experienced technician

    here the component in the R246 slot is one i said . When i saw one side of the smd component was not connected to the motherboard. I tried to push the smd component, but it disappeared as it was very small. I said it was resistor because it is mentioned R246. Can this missing resistor cause...
