Gmail not working after last update
Yes, that's her machine. The gmail stopped working just after the latest Win 10 update. The problem with the machine not starting occurred about two weeks after that. I'm trying to research that problem, also.- macx

Gmail not working after last update
I'll have to try calling her and asking. I know she doesn't use 2 factor and she's never mentioned any error messages but I'll verify. As far as I know she goes straight to gmail, I don't believe there's any email client involved, but I'll verify that, too. Thx- macx

ASUS Vivobook F510UA won't start.

Gmail not working after last update
on an ASUS Vivobook F510UA my friend was using gmail. After the latest recent update, her email won't work. She knows practically nothing about computers or Win 10. Appreciate any help.- macx

New NoScript
Firefox version 60.0.2, Windows 7 Hard drive crashed, got it replaced and Firefox, etc, loaded. Now I've apparently got a new version of NoScript which I really don't like. As I understand it, I now have to either allow ALL scripts for a website or none of them. With the old version it would...- macx

Solved iPhone works but PC won't recognize it and it won't charge
Simple solution. Went to Apple iPhone support and noted a post about charging difficulties that suggested cleaning out the charge port. I had blown it out but when I got a magnifier and a strong light I saw a little debris of some type in there. I manually picked that out with a pin and now... -

Thought I maybe had to make an update of some sort when all of a sudden the laptop wouldn't recognize it. Then found out it won't charge when hooked to a regular USB charger. Tried 2 different cables that have always worked before. Tried blowing out the cable port and made sure the cable...
