    the battery does have minor physical bloating. the device has been used very often for intensive gaming for the p[ast few years. im not sure if the battery is toast or if a different componet is the problem

    i tried a fresh windows install but i couldint even do it. it shut off right away. i replaced the os ssd with an new empty one and its doing the same thing. im not sure if its the battery or something messed up on the motherboard

    correction, i downloaded the wrong file im still not getting any results. the computer wont turn on for more than a split second i believe there may be something wrong with the battery. there is significant battery expansion, but not a huge amount. and it has been used very often for a few years now

    It's a cyperpowerpc laptop. It's not really an "official name brand" laptop so alot of the parts are off brand parts. I'd have to look into how to find a driver for some of the things like audio. The chipset and graphics I know how to do
