Yes, I just had to reconnect both my printers because I got a different router and they are working just fine... I'll try changing the graphic card and I'll let you know!- kUTUSOV

Ah, and me thinking I had it... I just have 2 PCI slots and one is disabled: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c05868998 (you'll have to expand the motherboard tab to see it). I have no clue what that means, I've asked HP support but it wasn't helpful.- kUTUSOV

Thank you! So I was looking at wifi adaptors and it just occurred to me that mine has no antennas attached to it. I remember getting it to one of those repair caffes for some other thing and the guy going "why is there an earth wire here?" and ripping a wire out. I also remember the round end...- kUTUSOV

Oh I meant the router. It is provided by internet/cable company and they assume it's their stuff, you are just using it, it's not exactly your property. AFAIK it's very difficult (a lot say impossible) to ditch their router for a new one because they don't tell you Vlans etc. There're long...- kUTUSOV

What is a first time set up? A reset to factory settings? I would rather not try this, the company doesn't share easily setting and passwords as they don't want us messing with their devices. Yes, I did try it several times as that's one of the prompts from windows troubleshoot. It might also be worth mentioning that my phone and tablet connect to the router without issue. They also pick up 10 other wireless networks within range, like the desktop used to do. Now it doesn't find a...- kUTUSOV

Flight mode is off and I use Chrome, Firefox and Opera for different things, non work without ethernet. I'm not sure what you mean on the last question... On the Network & Internet section status is "connected to the internet" with ethernet; not connected if I unplug it. There is a wifi tab...- kUTUSOV

So did everything you suggested. Power plan to balanced Unistalled Bit Defender through tools Restarted and no change. Ran Windows All in One Repair tool after clean boot and in safe mode. Still no changes, bluetooth doesn't work :(- kUTUSOV

Hi, Yes, I went first to HP but that wasn't much help, thread is now closed. On the other forum I got no replies and it was then that I searched for alternative help.
