Remove keyboard layouts

I have glitch where is two same keyboard layouts is visible.
I tried deleting the language and downloading it again, but that didn't help, I still see those duplicated keyboards.
Could someone help me? Thanks!

Unfortunately, it didn't help me. I still see installed keyboard layouts.

powershell command get-winuserlanguagelist showed me this, but I still can swap languages/keyboards
