All browser are effected the same way and I have reinstalled the apps plus reset the network settings

Would you recommend going back to window 10 or just wait till windows 11 fixes itself with all the updates that I do it's bound to fix itself right?

Download and run KillEmAll
Unzip it to your desktop.
Right click run As admin.
This will kill all non essential processes.
Including your browser, so save anything you are working on prior to running the tool.
Let us know if there is any change in the issue after using killemall.
Do not reboot after using this tool, it is a temporary tool to kill non windows processes to see if that is an issue.

You can wait for Windows 11 to possibility fix itself or go back to Windows 10.

Yet if you go back to Windows 10 will require a complete wipe and reinstall.

You will have to use the Create Windows Media and make sure to have all of the Drivers for the system and install them in the proper order.

Any update on this
Yes I ran the killemall too I did see a major difference after using it the next 2 days no problem fast boot ups and everything but it's back to being slow again which is odd so I just run the tool 24/7
