Sorry but you have post on a tech forum asking for help but have provided zero information about your computer or it`s hardware, this makes it impossible for anyone to even hazard a guess as to what is going on.

Is the computer a custom build or brand name such as Dell or HP, if a brand name, provide the model name or series number (not serial) if a custom build post the brand and model name or number for the CPU, MB, the RAM ( including the amount and speed ) add on video card if one is used and the PSU (power supply unit) providing these details will enable folk to better help you.

No problem, happens all the time :)

Couple of things there, most important first, the PSU, complete junk and so bad in fact that it only has a twelve month warranty and when tested it only managed to make Tier D • Recommended only for very cheap, iGPU systems which means no way should it be being used in a high end PC like yours, it is only good enough to support an integrated graphics processor like your i5-10600k that has on die video.

RAM 32GB 3200MHz DDR4

The RAM is not appropriate for your CPU, Intel state here up to 2666MHz and if you have XMP enabled the RAM will get auto OCd past what the CPU can handle and the PC fall over.

You need to get yourself a 750W or above Gold efficiency rated PSU from one of the following Corsair RM range, EVGA or Seasonic.

Disable XMP in the BIOS until you have an appropriate PSU, you can then manually OC the RAM to 2666MHz and the required voltage and see how things go.

Until you have the replacement PSU, remove the add on GPU from the PCI-E slot on the MB then hook the screen up to the appropriate video port on the MB and temporarily use that.

Thanks Phill
the PSU was cheap option because when I was buying hardware for this build the GPU prices been out this world 900£ for the GPU so i had to cut corners somewhere..
I had suspicion the PSU is going down, the build was perfect for over one year no problems and handled everything on max settings 1440p
new PSU is ordered

Gigabyte P850GM 850W Modular Power Supply 80 Plus Gold

just when i ordered this i saw article that Gigabyte had problems with P7 ,hope so this new line is explosion/fire free xD

Which is even more of a reason not to cheap out on a PSU which btw is the most important part of a computer, when ( not if ) a cheap PSU goes bang it takes all the other hardware with it and doesn`t see how much a GPU costs as a problem when it pops.

The replacement PSU is better than what you had but it is not one of the recommended brands.
