Dear all

i have new msi desktop. After a few months the computer has a problem rebooting after a few minutes turn on.

i replace thermal paste and changing new motherboard but the problem still remain.

the system has i7 11200f cpu and rtx 3070 gpu

I need your help how to fix the problem of my pc. I suspect either gpu or psu has issue but i am not sure

thanks a lot

tom

g'day Tom and welcome to the forums. :)

being new, I'd rule out dust, heat or oxidisation as potential causes, but worth checking to be sure.
if the motherboard has graphics ports and the CPU has discrete graphics, try running the rig without the GPU to test that theory.

as stated by Veeg, giving us your complete setup specs will help.
get Speccy from here; https://www.piriform.com/speccy/builds
in Speccy, click File > Publish Snapshot (hit Yes if prompted to proceed with publish) > Copy to Clipboard > Close.
now you can paste (Ctrl+V) that link into your next post.
One component Speccy doesn’t cover is the Power Supply Unit, so also include the make/model of the PSU.

Never posted the make and model for the PSU.
changing new motherboard but the problem still remain.
From what to what?

You have post on a tech forum asking for help but have provided zero information about your computer or it`s hardware, this makes it impossible for anyone to even hazard a guess as to what is going on.

Is the computer a custom build or brand name such as Dell or HP, if a brand name, provide the model name or series number (not serial) if a custom build post the brand and model name or number for the CPU, MB, the RAM (including the amount) add on video card if one is used and the PSU (power supply unit) providing these details will enable folk to better help you.
