Bios doesn't detect usb

So I’m continuing this thread :
Thread ‘Can’t boot usb’ https://pchelpforum.net/t/cant-boot-usb.90921/
Because I didn’t have access to the computer for a few days and it got closed. Sorry to the admin btw.
I have a 2004 lifetec pc with a medion 8088 motherboard and a phoenix award bios cmos
The end goal is to create a minecraft server but it is more to learn than to play. For now, installing another os is the main goal
I will also add a few informations.
1st picture is the bios main menu
2nd picture is the andvanced menu
3rd and 4th are the options

I have installed plop boot manager and it freezes when I try to boot
I have tried installing, windows 10, lubuntu, and even ms dos so far but the usb still don’t show up.
I am not a computer specialist only someone who whishes to overcome this challenge.
I need help.

If you know that you will not be around for a while all members need to do is let us know so that you do not get asked for updates and/or your thread being closed due to lack of activity, we understand that folk have other things to attend to but due to the large volume of abandoned threads you get on forums we have to have a procedure in place for asking for an update if a thread goes quiet for a couple of days or more.

Your previous thread has been re opened as would it have been had you asked, this duplicate thread is closed and will be deleted.
