hi all glad your here
i have an hp laptop with win 8 on it, it decided it needed to be 8.1. i kept telling it no, not now, well it loaded what i presume to be 8.1, an now as soon as the bar at the bottom of the screen gets full, it starts all over again. cant hardly use the _amn thing. i have way too little knowledge to fix this. can any one guide me?
i struggled to the recovery portion on the hard drive, with all the reloading it wouldnt recover.
any chance of me doing this? or should i get a local guru?
