Problems with ICUE, malfunctions and crashing

I built my PC a while back with a Aorus motherboard, which I installed Gigabyte Control Center onto. I then installed ICUE to run my fans and RGBs, which worked, but I have experienced frequent malfunctions and crashing. I learned that other control centers can affect ICUE, so I attempted to remove every trace of GIGABYTE software of my computer, but this didn’t resolve the issue. I basically have no idea what I am doing, as I am very new, so I don’t know if Gigabyte is still lingering somewhere or if there is another issue. I also have Opera GX, but I went through the settings and it doesn’t seem like it is affecting my computer in that way. The problems I am having are frequent crashing whenever my computer is put under any moderate load (i.e. playing a big game while watching a video), and my hardware lighting defaulting to a setup I do not have selected in ICUE when it is turned off or ICUE crashes. Strangely, when ICUE isn’t active or when my computer is booting up/powering down, my RGBs on my fans and keyboard turn red, and my fans slow down. I suspect that this is caused by some other control center like GCC or Opera defaulting and controlling my hardware lighting when ICUE isn’t on, and I have no idea how to find what is causing this. I cant really use anything other than ICUE either, as all of my peripheries and fans and RGBs are Corsair, so using anything else would be very inconvenient. If someone has an idea about what is going on, please tell me as I have been dealing with and trying to fix there problems for the better part of 6 months now. Thanks.

First thing is to get the PC stable, stopping the crashes.
I would be removing all of the control centres.
Use Revo Uninstaller or Geek Uninstaller to remove all traces.

Failing that, have you tried logging in under another PC user account?
Usually these sort of settings are related to the Current User and not the Local Machine registry hive keys.

Next would be a Reset My PC, you could first try the ‘keep my files and settings’ but I think you’ll be needing the ‘keep nothing’ option.
Of course, backup your important data before trying anything, just to be sure!

I used a service called advanced uninstaller and tried to remove everything a while ago, but like I said, I don’t know what I’m doing or even if that is a reliable uninstaller. There is only one user account on my PC, but I can try to make a new one if that’s what you are asking me to do. As for a complete reset, I would like to keep that as a final option, as I don’t want to have to spend days reinstalling and setting up everything on my PC again. Should I make a new user account, or make sure I got every trace?

Both, make another login account first as that’s the easiest.
If no luck, get one of those uninstallers and see if they find any traces.
