Pc Freezes

[DZG_DZG_DZG_DZG]

Have this problem where it just freezes sometimes its the window screeen but frozen sometimes just black and sometimes nothing. I tried sticking a usb with new windows on it but still freezes. Had the Pc for 2 days worked just fine and then i was playing brawlhalla and this screen randomly popped up. There is no way something already broke right.

Is this a new PC, or under warranty?
Let’s first make sure we aren’t going to void that first.

And in these 2 days, what changes have you made, either with hardware or software?
